Certified Personal Trainer Liz Saunders of Wiser Health and Fitness offers this 1 hour interactive and lively interval fitness class focusing on cardiovascular health, balance, range of motion and agility. You must be comfortable moving. Many exercises are done at your own pace. Each class is different and taught in a small group training style.
Proper workout attire, water, mat, towel and weights are a must!
Movements can be modified. All levels are welcome.
There will be floor/mat work (chair can be used if needed).
