This course is designed to introduce students to the practice of yoga in a natural and peaceful outdoor setting, the beach. Throughout this course, students will learn yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices, while being surrounded by the soothing sounds of waves and the fresh sea breeze.The course is suitable for students of all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. The instructor will offer variations of postures and modifications to accommodate students' individual needs and abilities.
