  • Barre Class – Energetic choreographed routines to music, standing at a chair back. This quick paced class includes isometric movements with legs & arms that target specific muscle groups to improve strength, balance, flexibility & posture. Active & low impact. Yoga socks or bare feet.  Bring water & 2 lb. weights.  Certified barre instructor, Liz Saunders.
