Donna Erdman is a Certified Empowered Relief® Instructor and a licensed Occupational Therapist who has served patients with chronic pain for over 25 years in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
Empowered Relief® is a two-hour intervention that provides individuals with essential pain relief skills. Anchored in rigorous research, it’s a dependable resource for those seeking relief from acute or chronic pain and improvement in function and lifestyle. Over 10,000 individuals across 25 countries have received Empowered Relief® from one of 1,000 certified instructors. Leading healthcare networks have integrated Empowered Relief® into standard patient care. In addition, Empowered Relief® is being utilized in corrections settings as well as VA centers and research is ongoing to develop youth programs.
Empowered Relief® should not replace a medical evaluation is educational and informational and does not represent medical treatment. Nor does it establish a therapist-client or treating relationship with the instructor. 
Classes are 2 hours and held virtually on zoom. Please ensure you download the latest version for the best experience.
