Barre Fusion class consists of 3 sections –
1). 30 minutes of movement and body strength training to upbeat music standing at a chair back or center floor. It incorporates specific sequencing patterns and isometric movements that target specific muscle groups. This pattern of exercise
helps to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and posture. 2 lb weights are needed.
2). 15 minutes of upper body strength with dumbbells. Bring your own weights.
3). 15 minutes of floor work on mat (abs/glutes/stretch). Instructor is Liz Saunders, certified Barre Above Instructor & certified personal trainer. Bring a mat, water, weights – yoga socks/bare feet/dance sandals.
