Spring Line Dancing Basic with Liz
Mondays April 13-May 18th (5 Classes No Class on 4/20)
5:45PM-6:45PM
This basic session is great for beginners or people that like to work at a slower pace. It will focus on learning/reviewing the terminology of specific steps in line dancing and how to link them together in popular combinations to follow an instructor’s calls while dancing. A great place to ask questions, build understanding and confidence and have some community fun! All levels are welcome. Instructor is Liz Saunders from Wiser Health and Fitness.
-Please be prepared to move the entire time in comfortable clothes & smooth bottom
shoes (dance socks over sneakers or dance shoes may work well).
-BRING WATER.
-Most routines will be available on YouTube to practice more, on your own time.
-Practicing on your own can be the key to having great success & feeling comfortable in this class.
