fun class. You are in good hands with experienced choreographer & group
dance instructor Liz Saunders. Come join this energetic class for active people who are
dance enthusiasts! This class includes intermediate level choreographed
dance routines to upbeat music, including some line
dances. Participants should feel confident moving in all directions in this steady-paced class.
Dance socks/glides over your sneakers or
dance shoes are a great idea. Water is a must!
