Intro to Karate with Feisty Lion Martial Arts Studio
For 6-11 yrs of age. In this 45 minute class, children will the basics of Karate. After a 10-15 minute warm-up, we will focus on balance, flexibility, and strength training. They learn basic moves such as stances, kicks, punches, and blocking systems. Their techniques will be put together in a combination called “Kata”.
* Gi/ uniform (black) is in registration cost.

Instructor: Donna Marie Klucevsek began her training in 1994 taking Self-Defense for Women classes in Wareham, MA. She trained under the instruction of Hanshi Walter Parks, Sensei Edward Mello, Shihan Paul Ouelette, and Shihan Mark Hancock. She continued to further her studies in Martial Arts from 1994-2000 in USA Goju Karate under direction of Sensei Shihan Paul Ouelette. In June of 2000, she earned her Black Belt and the title of Sempai Donna Marie Shodan.
