Intro to Crossfit offers high-intensity workouts and community support combine to help you achieve your fitness goals. CrossFit challenges you with varied exercises that improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Classes are Offered Mornings Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays:
6:30AM

Classes are Offering Afternoons Monday-Friday

3:30PM
5:30PM

*Participants can choose two class times per week. (12 Classes total)

*Program runs in 6 week duration.
