Swim Lessons Summer 2026 (July 6 - August 14) - Level 6 Swimming Lessons 8:30 Sess 1 American Red Cross Swim Lessons will be taught to help your child become a more confident swimmer.Session 1: July 6th - 17thSession 2: July 20st - 31stSession 3: August 3rd - 14thIntro to Water Skills - Level 1For children 2 & 3 w/ a parent and 4 & up. Class is limited to 6.Skills that will be taught in level 1: enter & exit the water using a ramp, steps or side, blow bubbles for 3 seconds, bobbing - 5 times, open eyes under water and retrieve submerged objects, front & back glide, back float, roll from front to back, treading water arm and hand actions, alternating and simultaneous leg and arm actions on front & back, combined arm and leg actions on front and back.Fundamentals - Level 2For ages 4 & up. Prerequisite - Must have had conquered all the milestones listed in Level 1. Class is limited to 6.Skills that will be taught in level 2: enter & exit the water using a ramp, steps or side, fully submerge and hold breath, bobbing - 10 times, open eyes under water and retrieve submerged objects, front & back glide, back float, roll from front to back, treading water for 15 seconds, change direction of travel while swimming on front and back, combined arm and leg actions on front and back, finning arm action on back.Stroke Development - Level 3For ages 5 & up.
