This FREE event is open to youth ages 5 and up and is the perfect opportunity to learn the basics of lacrosse in a supportive, high-energy environment. No experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm! Participants will be introduced to fundamental skills like passing, catching, scooping, and shooting through fun drills and games led by experienced coaches. Lacrosse sticks will be available to borrow if needed. Pre-registration is required to participate. Whether your child is brand new to the sport or just curious to give it a try, this is a great way to get involved and have fun with friends in the community.
