This one-hour lesson is perfect for the player interested in focusing on a specific skill or strategy to increase his or her consistency on the court. Drop shots, serve consistency, footwork, mindfulness, soft hands, effective return of serve, overheads, lobs, etc….you name it, the coach will be there for you! Fun and focused!Note: the “Private Coaching” lessons are for players who already know how to play pickleball. It is recommended those interested in learning pickleball for the first time sign up for “Learn to Play Pickleball” or two “Private Coaching” lessons. Competitive Edge Clinics (May-Sept) - Reset & Recover COMPETITIVE EDGE: RESET AND RECOVERThursday: May 14th (Rain Date: May 21st) 4:15 – 5:45 PMWhen your team loses control of a rally, the ability to reset and recover keeps you in the point and shifts momentum back in your favor. This clinic breaks down the different types of resets used to neutralize pressure and regain control based on the shot you receive and your position on the court. Those new to the game should take “Learn to Play Pickleball.” COMPETITIVE EDGE: DROP, DRIVE, DOMINATEThursday: June 4th (Rain date: June 18th) 4:45 – 6:15 PMA high-energy 90-minute clinic focused on mastering the drive–drop combination and knowing exactly when—and why—to use the strategy. You’ll learn how to apply pressure with controlled drives, followed by effective drops, and defend against the same tactics when opponents use them. Through focused drills and competitive play, you’ll build smarter shot selection, stronger transitions, and the ability to dictate points instead of reacting to them. You’ll learn how to create offensive opportunities through proper spacing, to recognize and punish dead dinks, and to target your opponent’s feet with high-percentage attacks.
