All Mashpee Recreation pickleball lessons are taught by Straight-Up Pickleball, founded by Laura and Karl Uggerholt. Straight-Up's experienced and caring Coaching Team offer comprehensive pickleball lessons, allowing players to advance through a consistent curriculum at their own pace. The instructors are excited about the 2025 season and look forward to sharing what they know about a sport they love with great people !
This one hour lesson is perfect for the player interested in focusing on a specific skill or strategy to increase his or her consistency on the court. Drop shots, serve, consistency, footwork, mindfulness, soft hands, effective return of serve, overheads, lobs, etc......you name it, the coach will be there for you ! Fun and focused !
Note : Private lessons are for players who already know how to play pickleball. It is recommended those interested in learning pickleball for the first time sign up for a Beginner Clinic.
