BUSA is an organization of soccer educators who through their futsal program want to bring the flair and passion of Brazilian Soccer to North America.Many of Brazil's top soccer players grew up playing Futsal which helped them develop incredible foot skills and quick decision-making.The BUSA Futsal Coaches will help your players learn and practice these specialized skills along with teaching them about improvisation, creativity, ball control, and small space passing.Our program offers the perfect setting for long-term development! Many world class footballers played Futsal in their youth and recognize the part it played on their journey.Players of the calibre of Pele, Zico, Ronaldinho, Neymar, Lionel Messi to name but a few of the South American legends all played and enjoyed Futsal.

And everyone practices essential life skills like teamwork, time management, patience, along with the obvious skills like slicing, measuring, and cooking! On a mission toredefine kid food; Kids’ Test Kitchen’s enthusiastic Facilitators get eaters of all ages and abilities, cooking, tasting, and thinking about healthy ingredients!Kids’ Test Kitchen presents kids the opportunity to explore new or familiar foods in their raw, unmanipulated state. Then, working as a team, they’ll slice, dice, peel, measure, and cook until they’ve prepared the finished dish. Class closes with an opportunity to taste the result of their hard work. Students receive a printed recipe card and the focal ingredient - or a sample of the finished dish - so they can show off what they learned!Even the most reluctant eaters enjoy Kids’ Test Kitchen, where participation isencouraged, and the choice to taste is always one’s own.Lessons are planned to celebrate seasonal produce, whole grains, and legumes.Yes – join us again! Instructor : Mary Nielsen, 4H Certified InstructorFor boys and girls 11 and up This 4-H certified course provides the new or veteran sitter with an up-to-date lecture series on this subject matter.  We will refresh veteran sitters and provide the skill training for new sitters.  Topics include responsibilities, fire prevention, home safety, first aid, entertainment, nutrition and much more.  Class participation is essential and assignments and quizzes are a major factor in successful completion of this course.  Please bring lunch and a snack (peanut-free).Note : Bring writing material and a notebook to the first class, note taking is very helpful.

Isshinryu karate is an Okinawan based karate system formally created in 1956 by its founder Tatsuo Shimabuku. Renshi Cindy Adelstein, a fourth degree black belt in the system, has been studying Isshinryu for over 20 years. It is both an honor and a responsibility for Renshi Adelstein to bring Isshinryu to Cape Cod.

Many world class footballers played Futsal in their youth and recognize the part it played on their journey.Players of the calibre of Pele, Zico, Ronaldinho, Neymar, Lionel Messi to name but a few of the South American legends all played and enjoyed Futsal.

Renshi Cindy Adelstein, a fourth degree black belt in the system, has been studying Isshinryu for over 20 years. It is both an honor and a responsibility for Renshi Adelstein to bring Isshinryu to Cape Cod.
