This recreational program is designed for students in grades 2–5 who are new to lacrosse or want to build their skills in a relaxed, encouraging environment. Participants will learn fundamental skills such as passing, catching, cradling, scooping, and shooting through fun drills, games, and activities. The focus is on staying active, building confidence, making friends, and having fun while learning the game. No previous lacrosse experience is required—all skill levels are welcome!Equipment Required: Participants must bring a lacrosse stick and a properly fitted mouthguard.*This program will run with the support of volunteer coaches.
